Bruce Ripley, 65, of Moncton, passed away on Friday May 12,
2023 at the K.E. Spencer Memorial Home. Born in Truro, he was
the son of the late Isaac and Margaret (Wilson) Ripley.
Prior to his retirement, Bruce dedicated 20 years to the
Amherst fire department as volunteer firefighter. He also had a strong
passion for hockey and could be seen attending local hockey games as
well as watching his favorite team, the Toronto Maple
Leafs.
He is survived by his son, Isaac Ripley; Yanick Boudreau
(Audrey) and Sébastien Boudreau whom he considered his
sons; two sisters: Ella Mae Siddal and Bonnie Jean Ripley (Steve); as
well as his extended family and friends.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by five
siblings.
In accordance to his wishes, there will be no visitation and
no funeral service. In memory of Bruce, a contribution to the ALS
Society would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are in the
professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton
(858-1900).
