Laurie Ouellette, 88, of Petit-Cap passed away on Saturday, February 4th, 2023. at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Petit-Cap, he was the son of the late Jean and Marguerite (Arsenault) Ouellette.
He is survived by his spouse Gilberte, née Richard, daughter Brenda LeBlanc of Petit-Cap and son Richard of Petit-Cap; his siblings: Henri (Lorraine) of Cap-Pelé, Oscar (Levina) of Bas-Cap-Pelé, Armand (Elaine) of Grand-Barachois, Norbert (Claudette) of Shediac and Marie-Mai Duguay (Billy) of Shediac; two grand children: Gaston and Naomi and two great grand children: Loïc and Maxim.
He was predeceased by his siblings: Hermance Richard, Germaine Doiron, Huberte Cyr, Marguerite Melanson, Francis Ouellette, Napoléon Brun, Jean Brun, and Jeannette Léger and his second father, Abel Brun.
As per his wished, there will be no funeral services. The family will receive condoléances at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé on Friday, February 10th from 2 pm to 4 pm only.
In memory of Laurie, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
