Florence LeBlanc, 97, of Moncton, passed away on Wednesday December 7, 2022 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Memramcook, she was the daughter of the late Henri and Roseanne (Auffrey) LeBlanc.

Prior to her retirement, Florence worked at Eaton’s and at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital.

She is survived by three sons: Roger (Louise St-Amant-LeBlanc) and Terrance "Terry" (Suzanne Thurrott), both of Moncton, and Charles "Charlie" (Monique Minville-LeBlanc) of Bathurst; four grandchildren: Robin (Rebecca), France (Patrick), Justin and Simon (Karyne); six great-grandchildren: Charlotte, Rosalie, Mélodie, Eva Rose, Coralie and Éloïse; one sister, Thélorise Cormier (late Léo) of Moncton; one sister-in-law, Louise LeBlanc (Léonard) of New Hampshire USA; as well as her nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Edgar; four sisters: Marguerite, Madeleine, Lorraine, and Maimée; four brothers: Fred, Philippe, Gérard, and infant Yvon.

A private funeral service will be celebrated. Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. A mass will be celebrated for Florence on Tuesday January 10, 2023 at 9 am at Christ-Roi Church, 300 Dominion Street, Moncton. In memory of Florence, a contribution to CHU Dumont Foundation would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
