Loney LeBlanc, 90, of Shediac passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, October 5th, 2022, at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC. Born in Shediac, he was the son of the late Léo and Rosanna (Richard) LeBlanc.
He is survived by his children: Louis (Maria) of Dieppe, Yvette Cormier (Alex) of Lakeville and Mariette Gauvin (late René) of Shediac; siblings: Jean-Louis of Jacket River and Annette Wisener of Moncton; six grandchildren: Marc, Carole, Mathieu, André, Véronique, and Valérie; six great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Loney was predeceased by his first wife, Marie, née Belliveau, and his second wife, Huberte, née Boudreau, a brother Léo-Paul, and two sisters: Thérèse Ouellette and Doris Oliver.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac on Thursday, October 13th from 6 pm till 9 pm and Friday from 10 am till 10:45 am. The funeral will be held at St. Joseph R. C. Church, 415 Main Street, Shediac, on Friday at 11 am. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Shediac.
