Daniel LeBlanc, 58, of
Moncton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 20, 2022. Born in
Moncton, he was the son of the late René and Dorina
(Bourgeois) LeBlanc.
Daniel lived one of his
dreams twice. Daniel opened Sharkey's Card Store located in Moncton in
the early nineties and again with the opening of Champs Trading Cards
and Collectibles in Riverview in 2021. Danny truly loved his
customers, and he really loved trading and selling sports cards. We
were lucky to have Danny in our lives. He will be missed by
many.
He is survived by three
siblings: Joanne LeBlanc (Murray Brewster), Jacques and
Gisèle Bartram (Victor); seven nieces and nephews:
Stéphane, Jason, Tara, Jarred, Josh, Evan, and Jessica; one
great-niece, Holland; one great-nephew, Gray; as well as his aunts,
uncles, cousins and friends. He will also be dearly missed by his four
legged companion, Stevie.
Besides his parents, he
was predeceased by one brother, Maurice.
The family will receive
condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church
Street, Moncton (858-1900) where the funeral service will be
celebrated on Monday September 26 at 10:30 am. Visiting hours are
Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm only. In memory of Daniel, a contribution
to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation (oncology) would be
appreciated.
