Camille Bourque, 75, of Shediac, passed away on Saturday April 30, 2022 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Scoudouc, he was the son of the late Albénie and Hermine (LeBlanc) Bourque.

Prior to his retirement he worked as a plumber. He was also a member of the Plumber and Pipefitter Union Local 325 for over 47 years.

Besides his wife of 21 years Yolande (LeBlanc) Bourque, he is survived by his two daughters: Bernice O’Brien (Troy) of Quispamsis and Jeannette Bourgeois (Jean-Marc) of Scoudouc; his step-daughter Renée Markee (Edward "Ed) of Cormier-Village and his step-son Jason Babineau of Dieppe; his sister, Corinne DeVarennes (Gérald) of Dieppe; three brothers: Hubert (Jean-Ann) of Dieppe, Donald (Gloria) of Lakeville and Victor (Cora) of Dieppe; his grand-children: Victoria, Janelle, Monica and James (Alexis), as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by the mother of his children, Majella LeBlanc.

Funeral mass will be celebrated in Saint-Henri de Barachois R.C. Church, 1356 Route 133, Grand-Barachois NB, Thursday May 5, 2022, at 10:30am. The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main St, Shediac on Wednesday May 4, 2022, from 7pm to 9pm and on Thursday May 5, 2022, from 9:30 am until time of departure (10:15am). Camille’s final resting place will be in Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre’s columbarium, Shediac.
