Paul Normand Leger, 70, of Notre-Dame, passed away on Tuesday March 22, 2022. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Pierre and Marie (LeBlanc) Leger.

Paul was a plumber at Sam Ermen Plumbing and was a member of the United Association of Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Local 325. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved four wheeling and spending time at his camp.

Paul will be sadly missed by his wife of 47 years, Jeannette (LeBlanc); two children: Natalie of Moncton, and Daniel of Notre-Dame; one grandson, Alex; three sisters: Phyllis Morton (Cecil) of Moncton, Dorine Melanson (Louis) of Ontario, and Francine Guitard (Gabi) of Belledune; three brothers: Raymond (Lorraine) of Moncton, Leo of Montréal, and Robert "Bob" (Judy) of New Scotland; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers: Romeo at a younger age and Romeo (2016).

The family will receive condolences at Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur R.C. Church Slumber Room, 3863 route 115, Notre-Dame from where the funeral will be celebrated on Wednesday March 30 at 3pm. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 1:30 pm until time of funeral. Interment will be in in the parish cemetery. In memory of Paul, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
