Thérèse Richard, 70, formerly from Shemogue, passed away on Friday, March 18th, 2022, at the Foyer St-Thomas, Memramcook. Born in Petit-Cap, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Edmée (Jacob) Richard.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Richard of Haute-Aboujagane; six sisters: Gilberte Ouellette (Laurie) of Petit-Cap, Jeanita Bastarache (Léo-Paul) of Dieppe, Lola Girouard of Dieppe, Maria Richard (David) of Dupuis Corner, Huguette Richard of Petit-Cap, and Joan Labbé of Dieppe; five brothers: Yvon (Linda) of Shediac, Raymond (April) of Shemogue, Claude of Petit-Cap, Bernie (Rose) of Petit-Cap and Roderick (Louise) of California USA; two sisters-in-law: Marie Richard of Dartmouth, NS and Alfreda Richard of Cap-Pelé as well as many nephew and nieces.
Thérèse was predeceased by her husband Roger Richard (2010), her parents: Gilbert and Edmée, a sister: infant Maria, and three brothers: Valerie, Rhéal and Bliss.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac on Thursday, March 24th from 1:30 pm till time of chapel service at 3 pm.
Face covering is mandatory as requested by family.
In memory of Thérèse, a contribution to the Foyer St-Thomas, Activity Dept. would be appreciated by the family.
