Laurie Cormier, 87, of Scoudouc, passed away on Sunday March 6, 2022 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Haute-Aboujagane, he was the son of the late Calixte and Eva (Gautreau) Cormier. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Aline (Melanson) of Scoudouc; one sister in-law, Diana, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings: Alvida Bourque, Camille and Léo.
In accordance to his wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. Interment will be in the Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur cemetery in Scoudouc. In memory of Laurie, a contribution to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
