Andréa Arsenault, 92, of Manoir Pascal-Poirier, Shediac, passed away on Monday February 28, 2022, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre. Born in Boudreau-Office, she was the daughter of the late Adolphe and Lydia (Hébert) Gaudet.

She worked at Nap Léger, a seamstress at Belliveau Menswear and also for the community, and most recently was a cleaning lady for the RCMP.

She is survived by one son, Jean-Paul (Katherine) of Cap-Pelé; one daughter, Monique of Shediac; two sisters: Séraphine LeBlanc (late Émile) of Shediac and Léa Brown (Léo) of Quebec; three grandchildren: Patrick, Sophie, and Zachary, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Donald (2007); one son, Daniel (2016); four brothers: Edgar, Émile, Ulric and Arise.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297), on Friday March 11 from 7 to 9 pm and Saturday March 12 from 10am until time of departure (10:45am). The funeral will be celebrated at St-Joseph R.C. Church, 415 Main Street, Shediac, on Saturday March 12 at 11 am. Internment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring. Face coverings are mandatory to enter the funeral centre and church. The funeral will be recorded, and the video will be available on Andréa’s obituary on our website www.frenettefuneralhome.com at the end of the day.
