Doreen Forester, 83, of Moncton and formerly of Guelph, ON, passed away peacefully on Saturday February 19, 2022 at her residence. Born in Miscouche, P.E.I, she was the daughter of the late Charles Decoste and Lucy Decoste (née Gallant)

Throughout her lifetime, Doreen touched hundreds of hearts. She was filled with love and kindness. Doreen’s personality made every one better people. She understood what we were capable to achieve and pushed us to reach inside ourselves to discover our own gifts. That is who Doreen Forester truly was. She will be remembered for her determination, courage, kindness and generosity.

She is survived by her sister, Auldine Arsenault (Aubrey) of Miscouche, PEI; her dear cousin Jeanette Davis (Fred), her aunt Doris DesRoches (Elmer), her goddaughter Vickie Petre, her numerous nieces and nephews; as well as her friends: Madeleine Renaud, Renald and Chantal Larocque, Doreen Vautour, Angeline Mohammed, Julianne Fleming, Gail and John Root, Queenie Visser, Voytek Jaskowiak, Frieda Sialtsis, and many more.

As per Doreen’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. Interment will be in Brampton, ON.  Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (506-858-1900).
