Blanche Gallant, 91, of Riverview, passed away on Thursday February 10, 2022 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Shemogue, she was the daughter of the late William and Anastasia (Blanche) Brine.

She is survived by her husband, Léopold "Paul" Gallant; her daughter, Susanne Gallant (Timothy Manuge) of Toronto, ON; her granddaughter, Laura, of Banff, Alta, as well as several brothers and sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She was predeceased by two brothers: James and Chesley.

A private funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church in Moncton at a later date. Interment will be at St-Joseph’s cemetery in Shediac. In memory of Blanche, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
