Délina LeBlanc, 88, formerly of Grand-Barachois, passed away on Thursday, February 10th, 2022, at the Villa Providence in Shediac. Born in Haute-Aboujagane, she was the daughter of the late Hippolyte and Éva (Breau) Bourque.
Délina was a loving, hard working, and a well-organized woman. Her faith was strong. She had strong ties to her whole family and long-lasting friendships. Nieces and nephews held a special place in her heart. She was a super fan of CJSE and CB radio. She loved kitchen party’s with Yvon, musically talented nephews and friends. She adored her pets and enjoyed picnics and camping.
She is survived by her two sisters: Frilla Saulnier (Gérard) of Moncton and Rita Breau (late William) of Grand-Barachois, as well as several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by her husband, Yvon (1995); one sister, Emma Gallant; four brothers: Emery, Albert, Edgar, and Julien.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 16 at 3 pm. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 1 pm until time of funeral. Face covering is mandatory, proof of vaccination and government issued identification card are required to enter the funeral centre, and social distancing is in effect.
