It is with great sadness that we announce the
passing of Lisa Landry, 81, of Grand-Barachois and formerly of
Cap-Pelé, on Tuesday January 11, 2022, at the Dr.
Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Saint-Lazare, NB, she was the daughter
of the late Thadée and Irma (Boucher)
Collette.
She was a devoted, loving, caring, wife and
mother. She took care of us and gave us good advice. She followed her
grandchildren in their sports or activities. She loved welcoming
people into her home, especially her children, grandchildren, and
great-grandchildren. Lisa enjoyed playing golf, skiing (downhill and
cross-country), walking and traveling.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years,
Charles Yvon; four children: Denis (Charline) of Cormier Village,
Nicole Landry (Huberte Gaudet) of Memramcook, Rachelle Saulnier
(André) of Cap-Pelé and Conrad (Charline) of
Dieppe; two sisters: Claudette Melanson (late Fernand) of Dieppe and
Della Lacenaire (Roy) of Bouctouche; one brother in-law, Evariste
Richard of Saint-Antoine; one brother, Aldéo (Albertine) of
Sainte-Marie-de-Kent; seven grandchildren:
Jérémie, Alex, Allain, Jasmine, Serge,
Sébastien and Josée; four great-grandchildren:
Miguel, Samuel, Olivier and Caleb; as well as many nieces and
nephews.
Besides her parents, she is predeceased by a
sister, Juliette Richard and an infant brother,
Roméo.
