Loretta Gallant, 81, formerly of Moncton, passed away on Monday January 3, 2022 at McNair Manor in Riverview. Born in Richibucto, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Sarah (Richard) Cormier.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Leonard Gallant; her children: Paul (Stacey) of Moncton, and Monique (Shelley) of Surrey, BC; three sisters: Doris Haché (late Paul) of Fredericton, Jeanne Cormier (Henri) of Moncton, and Bertha Quigley (Steven) of Kanata, ON; one brother, Léo (Evelyn) of Saint-Sosime; as well as her nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by one sister, Rita Cormier.

A private funeral service will be celebrated at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900). In memory of Loretta, a contribution to the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick (Moncton Resource Centre) would be appreciated.
