Ralph Eugene MacMichael, 88, of Moncton, passed away on
Monday December 27, 2021, at the Faubourg du Mascaret, Moncton. Born
in Cape Breton, he was the son of the late Roy and Margaret (Stephens)
MacMichael.
He lived most of his married life in Saint John, NB, moved to
Kentville, NS, where he was the secretary treasure of Kings County
School Board, then lived in Sussex, NB, and lastly
Moncton.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Elizabeth;
three children: Janet Webster (Mark) of
Cap-Brûlé, David of Dartmouth, NS, and Jean
Oickle of Coldbrook, NS; one brother, Frank of Debert, NS; seven
grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings:
Earl, Hilda, Lois and Hazel.
By request, a private family service will be held at a later
date. In memory of Ralph, a contribution to a charity of the
donor’s choice would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements
are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre,
Shediac (532-3297).
