Roger Robichaud, 85, of Dieppe, passed away on Monday December 6, 2021, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Octave and Geneviève (Cormier) Robichaud.

Prior to his retirement, Roger was an office clerk with Transport Canada. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus St-Alphonse-de-Ligouri Council 11985 and a volunteer delivery driver with the Meals on Wheels. He was very proud of having made over 150 blood donations with the Red Cross and Canadian Blood Services.

He is survived by his wife, Elianne (Richard) Brun-Robichaud; three step-daughters: Murielle Brun (Eric Doucet), and Joanne Brun-Richard (René), both of Pointe-Sapin, and Paulette Brun-Martin (Paul) of Dieppe; seven grandchildren: Janelle, Renelle, Josiane, Jean-Luc, Alexis, Alicia, and Jérémie; two great-grandchildren: Valerie and Cayden; one brother, Sanford (Roberte Landry) of Dieppe; as well as his nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Jeannine Clavette (1991); one daughter, Monique Robichaud (2019); one sister, Viola; and four step-brothers: Angus, Lionel, Gérard, and Rivard.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Friday December 10 at 4 pm. Visiting hours are Friday from 2 pm until time of funeral. Face covering is mandatory, and proof of vaccination and government issued identification card are required to enter the funeral centre.
