Leoline LeBlanc, 96, formerly of Moncton, passed away
peacefully and surrounded by the ones she loved on Wednesday November
24, 2021 at the QE II Health Science Centre in Halifax. Born in
Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Anecee (Hennessy) and Eva
(Albert) LeBlanc.
She will be sadly missed by her three children: Robert
"Bobby" LeBlanc of Windsor, NS, Jacques (Beverly) LeBlanc of
Halifax, NS, and Giselle (LeBlanc) Andrews (late Gregg) of Dartmouth,
NS; three grandchildren: Christopher, Melissa, and Paulette; three
great-grandchildren: Katheryn, DeReese, and Theresa; and many nieces
and nephews.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 67 years,
Raymond N. LeBlanc; two sisters: Rita Roby (John) and Yvonne DesRoches
(Raymond); four brothers: Emile (Amelia Cormier), Gerard (Florine
Bourgeois), Leo (Colette McKinnon), and Laurie (Stella
Landry).
Leoline had a love of family and friends and enjoyed spending
many hours of great conversations. She had many interests including
baking, spending time quilting her beautiful quilts and creating many
crafts with her varied talents in knitting and needle point just to
mention a few. During her retirement years, she was involved in her
local bowling league and was also a volunteer for several years at the
Club d’Âge d’Or
Notre-Dame-de-Grâce in Parkton.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) where the
funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday December 4 at 11 am.
Visiting hours are Saturday from 10 am until time of funeral.
Due to the new regulations, face covering is mandatory,
and proof of vaccination and government issued identification card are
required to enter the funeral centre. Interment will be
in Frenette Columbarium, Moncton. In memory In memory of Leoline, you
