Doreen Roy, 72, of Moncton, passed away on Thursday October 14, 2021 at her residence. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Dora (Fitzsimmons) Fitzsimmons.

She is survived by two children: Tracey Harris and Jarret Roy, both of Moncton; her siblings: Karen Fitzsimmons and Michael Fitzsimmons (Sharon), both of Moncton, and Kevin Fitzsimmons (Lisa) of Alberta; six grandchildren: Samantha, Stephanie, Sarah, Savannagh, Alyson, and Erika; three great-grandchildren: Morgan, Ellie, and Amelia; as well as her nieces and nephews.

A private celebration of life will be celebrated at a later date. In memory of Doreen, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
