Colette LeBlanc, 93, of Weldon St, Shediac, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC. Born in Alma, Lac-St-Jean, PQ, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Lucille (Lanteigne) Duguay.

She is survived by four sons: Noël of Shediac, Gilles (Francine) of Moncton, Rhéal (Gail) of Ottawa On, and Réjean of Cormier-Village; sister, Thérèse Lavoie of Lac-St-Jean, PQ; five grandchildren; 10 grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Colette was predeceased by her spouse Norbert (1999); sisters: Lucille and Raymonde; brothers: Alfred, Donat Aristide, Noël and Adéodat.

As per her wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. A private burial will take place in the St-Henri-de-Barachois cemetery. In memory of Colette, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.

Cremation and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Shediac (532-3297).
