Jeanne Marie LeBlanc, 98, of Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Bouctouche, passed away on Tuesday October 5, 2021 at her residence. Born in Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late Ambroise and Justine (LeBlanc) Girouard.

She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline F. LeBlanc; four step-daughters: Pauline LeBlanc, Thérèse LeBlanc, Lucille Roy (Norman), and Fernande LeBlanc (Yvon Cormier); three step-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Gérard; her second husband, Adrien; and one step-daughter, Gisèle; her siblings: Bertha, Alyre, Sophie, Edmond, Johnny, Auguste, Bernice, Aline, and Germaine.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday November 4 at 2 pm. Visiting hours are Thursday from 1 pm until time of funeral. Due to the new regulations, face covering is mandatory, and proof of vaccination and government issued identification card are required to enter the funeral centre. The funeral service will be streamed live; to view the funeral, go to her obituary on our Website. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Jeanne, a contribution to the ALS Society would be appreciated.
