Yvonne Gallant, 66, of O Bon Soins in Shediac, passed away on Tuesday September 14, 2021, at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC. Born in Toronto, ON, she was the daughter of Léona (Cormier) Gallant of Shediac and the late Alphie Gallant.

Besides her mother, she will be missed by her three children: Nancy Donato (Troy) and Charlene Smoke (Dave) both of Ontario and Denise Talbott (Travis) of North Carolina; three sisters: Angela Cormier (Robert) of Haute-Aboujagane, Theresa Gallant (Randy) of Riverview and Juliette Gallant (Roland) of Shediac; one brother, Romeo (Carole) of Grand-Barachois; four grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Mackenzie, Nicholas and Connor; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides her father, she was predeceased by a sister, Stella Gallant.

Yvonne had a love and passion for music. She will always be remembered for playing her guitar and singing for a crowd.  But God needed a leader for his choir, and he sure got the Best!

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday September 18 at 10:30 am.
