Bernard Robichaud, 76, passed away peacefully at the Dr.
Georges-L. Dumont on Sunday August 29, 2021. Born in Cormier-Village,
he was the son of the late Allard and Marguerite (Goguen)
Robichaud.
Bernard enjoyed travelling the Caribbean Island, going to the
rodeos, and socializing with his closest friends. Before his
retirement, he was a carpenter and house raising.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 39 years Jeannette
(Boudreau); his two sons: Bruno (Debbie) of Grand-Barachois and
Jérôme of Moncton; two grandchildren:
Réné Léger and André
Léger (Mélanie) all of Shediac and one great
grandchild Bentley; two brothers: Charles Robichaud (Bertha) of
Cormier-Village and Raoul Robichaud (Carol Drew) of Moncton; one
sister Solange Léger (Emery) of Cormier-Village ans well as
several nieces and nephews.
Bernard was predeceased by his parents.
A special Thank You to Dr. Ali Benjelloun, Dr Marc Savoie,
Dr. Mijanou Lavoie, Dr. Jocelyne Hébert and to the caring
special people at the palliative care unit 4E and 4D for taking such
good care of Bernard.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac, on Thursday, September
2nd from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm
only. At the
family’s request, face coverings are required, and social
distancing regulations are in effect.
The funeral mass will be held at the Sacré-Coeur
R. C. church, 944 route 933, Haute-Aboujagane on Friday, September
3rd at 10:30am. At the
family’s request, face coverings are required, and social
distancing regulations are in effect.
In memory of Bernard, a contribution to the Foundation CHU
Dumont, oncology, would be appreciated.
