Florence Gallant, 82, of Moncton, passed away on Monday June 14, 2021 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret (Steeves) Melanson.

She is survived by four daughters: Debbie Aspeck (Joe), Kathy Gallant, Margaret Gallant, and Tanya Gallant; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Joyce Melanson.

She was predeceased by her husband, James (2009).

In accordance to her wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Florence, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
