Phil Rafferty, 88, of Moncton, passed away on Saturday April 10, 2021 at the Moncton Hospital.

Born in McAdam, NB, he was the son of the late John James and Cecilia (Shields) Rafferty.

He is survived by his children, Brian (Cathy Carter), Shawn (Andrea), Luanne Rafferty, Stacey Rafferty (Jason Myles) all of Moncton; brother Peter (late Kay) of Riverview; sister-in-law, Pauline Rafferty of Dartmouth, NS; grandchildren, Erin, Shea and Kyle; great grandchildren, Skyler and Eli; also, by several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Phil was predeceased by his wife, Kathleen "Kaye" Rafferty (2015), brothers, Jack and Richard.

By request, there will be no visitation. A private funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at St. Bernard’s R.C. Church in Moncton. Due to the pandemic, face coverings are required with social distancing regulations are in effect. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe.
