Nicolas Parisi, 45, of Dieppe, passed away on Tuesday April 6, 2021 at his residence. Born in Paris, France, he was the son of Robert Parisi and Monique Delrieu, of France.

In 2002, Nicolas made Acadie of New Brunswick his adopted land. Nice man with a pioneering spirit, he created Liaison Wines, a revolutionary concept for the marketing of wine. An oenologist, he had kept the passion of vines and wine production from his Bordeaux roots. Since 2016, he has been collaborating with Winery Latitude 46. In many ways, he has given his all in his community. He was vice-president of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce and, since 2019, was president of Maison Nazareth Inc.

He is survived by his spouse, Ghislaine Brun; his friend, Lucille Albert, and her daugther, Eve Albert, whom he considered his daughter; his sister, Léa, and his brother, Bruno, both of Paris; his nephew, Alexandre Parisi Guelloub; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre 88, Church, Moncton (858-1900) on Monday April 12 from 2 to 4 pm only. By request, there will be no funeral service. Due to the pandemic, face coverings are required and a maximum participation of 50 people at a time with social distancing regulations are in effect.
