Marie-Ange Poirier (Power), 85, of Moncton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on December 20, 2020. Born in St-Alexis, Qué., and raised in Atholville, N.B., she was the daughter of the late Adolphe Power and Albertine Martin.

Marie-Ange lived a full life. She spent 20 years as a nun, and thoroughly enjoyed her lifelong chosen teaching profession.

She leaves to mourn, her beloved husband, Bob; four sisters: Daisy, Rose-Ange, Berthe-Ange, and Edithe; along with many relatives including nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two sisters: Solange and Adele-Ange.

Due to current COVID circumstances, a celebration for Marie-Ange will take place at a later date. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
