Jean "Pecker" LeBlanc, 61, of Shediac,
passed away on Monday October 5, 2020 at the Moncton
Hospital. Born in Robichaud, he was the son of the late Henri
and Ida (Donelle) LeBlanc.
He is survived by his spouse, Claudette
Léger; two step-sons: Kevin Léger (Brigitte) of
St-André-LeBlanc and Brian of Shediac; four sisters:
Juliette Melanson (Guy) and Yvonne Melanson all of Cormier-Village,
Georgette Léger (Danny Blackett) and Edith Blacklock
(Charles) all of Grand-Barachois; a brother in-law, Valmond Cormier of
Shediac; four step-grandchildren: Chanelle, Randy, Julien and Jasmine;
one step-great-grandson, Ethan, as well as many nieces and
nephews.
He was predeceased by a stepson, Danny and a
sister, Gisèle Cormier.
A private funeral service will be held at
St-Joseph R.C. Church, 415 Main Street, Shediac on Thursday October 8,
2020. The funeral mass will be videotaped and the video will be
available on his obituary on our Website by the end of the day.
Interment will be in St-Henri de Barachois cemetery,
Grand-Barachois.
