Marc Gionet, 49, of Moncton, passed away on Wednesday
September 30, 2020 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in
Campbellton, NB, he was the son of Guy and
Thérèse (Clément)
Gionet.
Always true to himself and with a heart of gold, Marc had a
smile that could light any room. His contagious laughter, zest for
life, uniqueness and the love that he carried in his heart for the
ones he loved was authentic.
Besides his parents, he will be forever missed by his
husband, Robert Stokes; his son, Keigan Stokes-Gionet; his brothers
and sisters: Robert Landry, Jean-Paul Landry (Carole), Denise Landry,
Gérald Landry (Bernice), Aline Landry, and Linda Parent
(Camille); his mother and father in-law, Judy and William Stokes; his
brother-in-law, Shawn Stokes; his nieces and nephews: Isabelle
Landry-Sonier, Hélène Landry, Carolyn Landry,
Sophie Parent, Zachary Stokes and Alexis Stokes; his great-nephews and
niece: Mikel, Sébastien, Maxime and Maëlle; his
many aunts and uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
He was predeceased by his nephew, François (Frank)
Landry
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Sunday from
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Face coverings are required and social
distancing regulations are in effect. A private funeral service by
invitation only will be celebrated on Monday October 5 at 11 am. The
