Timothy Robert Banks, 59, of Moncton, passed away on Sunday April 19, 2020 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Fredericton, he was the son of the late Clair and Florence (MacElwain) Banks.

He was a forklift operator at the Pallet Depot in Scoudouc.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Cindy née Leach; two sisters: Linda Banks of British Columbia, and Wanda Banks of Riverview; two brothers: Stephen of Fredericton, and Bruce of Saint John; as well as his nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Teresa.

By request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. In memory of Timothy, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
