Rhéo Léger, 73, of Shediac, passed away on Wednesday April 1, 2020 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC.

Born in Barachois, he was son of the late Ulric and Marie (Caissie) Léger.

He is survived by his six sisters: Jeanne Gaudet (Ubald) of Dieppe, Cathy Furlong (Leon) of Barachois, Murielle Doll (George) of Northport, Long Island, NY, Lucille LeBlanc (Fernand) of Dieppe, Sr. Huberte f.j. of Riverview, and Antoinette Landry of Moncton; one brother, Normand (Thérèse) of Grand-Barachois; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by seven brothers: Michel, Omer, Fernand, John, Arthur, Bernard, and Ulysse.

As requested, there will no visitation or funeral service.

In memory of Rhéo, a contribution to a CHU Dumont Foundation (oncology) would be appreciated.

Cremation and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Shediac (532-3297).
