Ricky Woods, 59, of Moncton, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC, Moncton on Friday February 28, 2020. Born in Moncton, he was the son of late Richard Woods and the late Gladys Mary (Melanson) Woods (late Ron Ramsay).

He is survived by his brother, David Woods (Joanne Landry) of Moncton; one sister, Patty Woods of Toronto; four aunts: Joyce Melanson (Jimmy Gaudet), Florence Gallant (late Jimmy), Theresa Melanson (late Bobo Melanson) and Audrey Melanson (late Butch Melanson); his uncle, Dave Henry (late Bunty Melanson); as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday March 5, 2020 at 3 pm. Visiting hours are Thursday from 1 pm until time of funeral. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Ricky, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
