It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dearest mother, Jeannette Gaudet, 88, of Résidence Castel des Flots Bleus, Cap-Pelé, on Monday February 3, 2020 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC.
Born in Dupuis Corner, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Anita (Landry) LeBlanc.
She will be remembered as a very kind, caring, gracious person who had a heart of gold and was a pleasure to be around. She loved spending time with her family that meant the world to her.
She is survived by her three children: Anise (Douglas), Paul (Susan Landry) and Charline (Joe) all of Cap-Pelé; four siblings: Léo-Paul of Cap-Pelé, Rose-Marie Dauvin (Joe) of Shediac, Alfred (Zelma) of Cap-Pelé and Linda Jacob (Gilles) of Shediac; five grandchildren: Mario (Isabelle), Jeannot (Kristina), Janelle (Jamie), Mathieu and Jolin; five great grandchildren: Jaden, Jake, Ellie, Madiane, Zavier and Kody; five step-grandchildren: Mélanie, Josée, Joel, Samuel and Nicholas, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Camille (2019); one infant grandson, Justin; an infant brother, Antoine and brother, Francis.
By her request, a private service was held on February 6th, 2020 at the Frenette Funeral Centre, 2642 chemin Acadie, Cap-Pelé.
In memory of Jeannette, a contribution to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
Cremation and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Cap-Pelé (577-3297).
