Simonne Gallant, 96, of Residence O Bon Soins and formerly of Shediac, passed away on Saturday January 25, 2020 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Barachois, she was the daughter of the late Romuald and Élodie Gallant.
She is survived by one sister, Jeanne McNeil of Dieppe, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings: Aldérice, Rita Galley, Évangéline, Hervé, Omer and Émile.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) Saturday February 1 from 9:45 am until time of departure (10:45 am). The funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 am at the Saint-Joseph R.C. Church, 415, Main Street, Shediac. Interment will be in Saint-Joseph cemetery in Shediac.
