Sharon Gautreau, 68, of Moncton, passed away on Saturday December 14, 2019 at her residence. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Gerard and Bernice (Killam) Christie.

Sharon was a member of St. George Anglican Church, where she devoted many years as a Sunday School teacher. She was also a member of the Canadian Order of Foresters and served as past President of Court Anne.

She is survived by her former husband, John Gautreau; one daughter, Stacia Godin with whom she resided; two sons: Timothy Christie of Saint-John and John Andrew Gautreau of Calgary; two grandsons; Kyle and Devon; one sister, Lorinda Christie-Jacobson (Danny) of Saint-Andrews; one brother, Robert Christie (Pamela) of Moncton as well one niece, Rachel and one nephew, Ryan.

The family will receive condolences at St. George’s Anglican Church, 51 Church St. on Tuesday December 17, 2019 from where the funeral service will be celebrated at 1pm. Visitation from 11am until time of funeral. Interment will be done in Elmwood Cemetery later in the spring.
