Surrounded by his loving family, Lucien Linteau, 83, of Shediac, passed away peacefully on Friday December 6, 2019. Born in St-Raymond, QC, he was the son of the late Émile and Germaine (Vézina) Linteau.

He is survived by his wife of 62 and a half years of marriage, Colette (Bilodeau) Linteau; three children: Danny Linteau (Johanne) of Laval, QC, Linda Linteau (James McKinnel) of Shediac and Richard Linteau (Shelley) of Notre Dame; four siblings: Gaston Linteau (Lucille Avoine), Charny, QC, Denise Linteau (Jean Paul Bourduas), Montreal, QC, Léo Linteau (Huguette Morin) and Pierrette Linteau (Yvan Bérubé) all of Québec, QC; one sister in-law, Lucille Pelletier of Québec, QC; two grandchildren: Jean-François and Caroline; good friends, Claude and Louise, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

Lucien was predeceased by his brother, Marcel Linteau.

The family will be receiving condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396, Main Street Shediac on Friday, December 13 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Saturday December 14 from 10am until time of departure (10:45 am).  The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Joseph R.C. Church, Shediac, NB, on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 11 am.
