She is survived by two sons: Paul (Theresa) and Bernie (Dorine); three granddaughters: Renelle (Allain), Monique (Roger), and Michelle (Crispin); two grandsons: David and Marc; four great-granddaughters: Madisson , Sophie, Brielle, and Eirwyn; five great-grandsons: Ethan, Loan, Hayden, Clan, and Quinn; one great-great-granddaughter, Brinley; three sisters: Jeannine, Marie, and Alphonsine; four brothers: Abel, Léo, Gérard, and Raoul; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her devoted husband of 68 years, William; her eldest son, Norman (Debra); two sisters: Bertha and Léontine; and six brothers: Eliasse, Yvon, Alcide, Zoël, Adolphe, and Rhéal.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to her long-time family physician, Dr. H. Dupuis for his care, concern and continually providing honest answers as required to family members. A special thanks to the staff and personnel of The Moncton Residence, who always went above and beyond providing the necessary care well above her assessed level of requirement. Additionally, to the staff of floor 4C at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC, who were very cooperative, attentive and professional. The care was for the most part, continuously provided in a smiling and caring fashion. The staff, of the palliative care unit, are highly deserving of a special mention. These people are unique and definitely specialized. Their smiling, friendly and caring attitude, coupled with their attention to detail ensuring their patients continuous comfort and happiness is indeed unique. Thank You.
By request, there will be no visitation at the funeral centre. The funeral service will be celebrated at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Monday September 30 at 11 am followed by a reception. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Annette, in lieu of flowers, a contribution the CHU Dumont Foundation (palliative care) or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
