Lorraine Phillips, 87, of Moncton, passed away on Sunday September 8, 2019 at Hillside View Special Care Home. Born on October 2, 1931 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Sarah (Cormier) LeBlanc.

She is survived by two sisters: Anita Belliveau and Bertha Lirette, both of Dieppe; as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Ludger "Joe"; one sister, Dorilla Hanko; four brothers: Aldrice, Leonard, Jean-Paul, and Laurie

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton Tuesday September 10 from 2 to 4 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated in Oshawa, Ontario. Interment will be in Témiscamingue, Qué.
