Nicole Fillmore, 50, of Dieppe, passed away on Monday August 5, 2019 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Ste-Anne-de-Kent, she is the daughter of Marguerite (Babin) Breau of St-Louis-de-Kent, and Arthur Breau of Neguac.

Being the social butterfly of the family, Nicole loved spending time chatting and laughing with her family and friends. Nicole had a true passion for nature's beauty. She loved her flowers and working in her garden. Those who knew Nicole best know that she was most happy when she was at the camper with her husband Neil and children.  With her strong beliefs, Nicole was able to overcome most obstacles. Nicole will always be remembered for her courageous strength and her vision to take one day at a time.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, Neil Fillmore; her daughter, Shanna Fillmore (Eric Poirier) of Moncton; two sons: Chad Fillmore and Austin Fillmore (Martine), both of Dieppe; three brothers: Normand Breau and Michael Breau, both of St-Louis-de-Kent, and Paul Breau (Claire Sanelli) of Toronto, ON; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the extra-mural nurses as well as to the nurses and doctors at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC for their wonderful care provided to Nicole.

In accordance to Nicole’s wishes, her celebration of life will be at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 668 Champlain Street, Dieppe, on Friday August 9 from 4 to 4:30 pm. Visitation will be from 4:30 to 7 pm followed by a reception. In memory of Nicole, in lieu of flowers, a contribution to the CHU Dumont Foundation (oncology) would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
