Oscar Vautour, 74, of Castel des flots bleus, Cap-Pelé passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday July 10th, 2019. Born in Bas-Cap-Pelé, he was the son of the late Gérald and Florine (Melanson) Vautour.
He was a retired carpenter.
He will be sadly missed by his children: Terry of Dieppe et Thérèse of Tracadie; his siblings: Rose Doiron (late Léandre), Noëlla Vautour (Bernard Bourque), Georgette LeBlanc (Albert), Alvida Tucker (Clayton) all of Cap-Pelé, Géralda Richard (Julien) of Trois-Ruisseaux, Lydia Cormier (France), Janice Petitpas (Francis), Thérèse Vautour (Régis) and Normand (Émilia) all of Cap-Pelé; two grandchildren: Caiden and Joline; his partner, Linda Dagites.
He was predeceased by his first wife, late Noëlla Jacob and his second wife, late Simonne Huet.
As per his wishes, there was no visitations. A private chapel service was held on Monday, July 15th at 10:30 am at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie, Cap-Pelé.
In memory of Oscar, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ste-Thérèse-D’Avila Parish, Cap-Pelé would be appreciated.
