
Jeannette Cormier, 89, of Moncton, passed away on Sunday June 23, 2019 at her residence. Born on December 28, 1929 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Delina (Melanson) LeBlanc.
She is survived by four children: Paul-Emile Cormier and Roberta Cormier, both of Moncton, Rachelle Cormier-Lezos (late Spirithon) of Laval, Qué., and Conrad Cormier (Laurie-Ann Nesbitt) of London, Ont.; four grandchildren : Rebecca, Andrew, Jean-Paul, and Jillian; one sister, Gérène Barrette of Windsor, Ont.; one brother, Camille (late Rita) of Shediac; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Richard (1997); one son, Jean-Guy; three sisters: Emilienne, Eva, and Marguerite; two brothers: Raymond and René.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral will be celebrated on Friday June 28 at 11 am. Visiting hours are Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Friday from 10 am until time of funeral. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
