Gladys Cormier, 88, of Moncton, passed
away peacefully on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont
UHC.
Born in St-Enselme, she was the
daughter of the late Aubin and Adèle (LeBlanc) Melanson.
She retired from Cormier Monuments.
Gladys was the last surviving member
of her immediate family. She is survived by her husband of 62 years,
Louis Cormier of Moncton; as well as several nieces and
nephews.
Besides her parents, she was
predeceased by her two brothers, Alyre and
Yvon.
The family will receive condolences at
Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton
(858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on
Friday, June 7, 2019 at 2pm. Visiting hours: Friday, June 7, 2019 from
1pm until time of funeral.
In memory of Gladys, a contribution to
the Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel Cemetery, Ste-Marie-de-Kent would be
