Cécile M. Brun, 92, devoted wife and mother passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday April 24th, 2019 at the Villa Providence. Born in Acadieville, she was the daughter of the late Jacques and Elda (Léger) Arsenault.
She is survived by her children: Léon (Yvette), Ovide (Joan), Jean-Guy (Dolorèse) , Rhéal (Dorilla), Raymond (Murielle), Paul (Nicole), Phillippe (Doris), Alphonsine (Léo Léger), Jeannine (Norbert Cormier), Yvette (Roger Gauvin) and Marie (Debby) of Grand-Barachois; one brother: Émile of Rogersville and two sisters: Thérese of Rogersville and Rosa of Pointe-du-Chêne; 23 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Cécile was predeceased by her spouse Alphonse; one son Gérald, her parents: Jacques et Elda; a grandson Marc, a daughter-in-law Sandy and several sisters and brothers.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac on Monday, April 29, 2019 from 2 pm till time of chapel service at 4pm. A reception will follow at the funeral centre. Interment will be in St-Henri de Barachois cemetery, Grand-Barachois.
