Hélène Leger of Boudreau-Ouest, 61, passed away peacefully following a lengthy illness surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 12th, 2019 at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC, Moncton.
Born in Petit-Cap, NB, she was the daughter of the late Léandre and Marie-Louise (Gallant) Leger.
She is survived by her companion, Omer Boudreau; three brothers: Irois (Faith) and Robert (Maria) all of Petit-Cap and Eddie (Joanne) of Shediac; six nieces and nephews: Denis, Natalie, Mathieu, Marc, Chantal and Donna; seven great nieces and nephews: Dylan, Daryn, Jasmine, Khaleesi, Dominik, Costa and Céline; a special friend, Stella Robichaud, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her fiancé, Oscar; half sister, Thérèse.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Chemin Acadie, Cap-Pelé on Friday, March 15th, 2019 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9pm and on Saturday, March 16th, 2019 from 9:30 am to 10:15 am. The funeral will be held at Sainte-Thérèse-D’Avila Church, 2648, chemin Acadie, Cap-Pelé on Saturday, March 16th, 2019 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in the Saint-Timothée parish cemetery, Shemogue at a later date.
In memory of Hélène, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
