Julie Belliveau, 100, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Villa Providence, Shediac, formally of Cornwall Road, Shediac.

Born in Scoudouc, she was the daughter of the late Olivier and Julie (Pellerin) Bourque. Julie was last surviving member of her immediate family. Mom always had a smile for everybody, loved life. A lady with a great sense of humor, loved to tell jokes and making people laugh. 

She is survived by five children: Thérèse Dupuis, Arthur (Diane), Alice Melanson (Harvey), Doris LeBlanc (Jack) and Rita Branch (Normand) all Shediac, fourteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter; as well as several nieces and nephews. 

Julie was predeceased by her husband, Alfred Belliveau; step-mother, Denise (Belliveau) Bourque, sister, Maria Pellerin, brothers, Laurent, Jacob, Gérard and Aquila.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (506) 532-3297 from where the funeral will be celebrated on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 3:00pm. Visiting hours will be on Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 1:00pm till the time of the funeral. 

In memory of Julie, a contribution to Villa Providence (Activity Department) or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
