
Léonard LeBlanc, 75, of Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home in Moncton, passed away on Sunday February 24, 2019 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in College Bridge, he was the son of the late Wallace and Anna (Daigle) LeBlanc.
Prior to his retirement, he worked in the parts department at Lounsbury’s.
He is survived by two daughters: Nathalie LeBlanc of Dieppe and Monique Huston (Darren) of USA; two step-sons: James Venieris of Summerside, and Mike Venieris of Moncton; two grandchildren: Chandler and Jarod; three step-grandchildren: Ashley, Justin, and Anna-Lee; one step-great-granddaughter, Willow; one brother, Herman (Doris) of Moncton; as well as his nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Ruth-Ann King (2001); two sisters: Margaret and Marianne.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Christ-Roi R.C. Church, 300 Dominion Street, Moncton on Thursday February 28 at 11 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Léonard, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
