Diane Juliette Blaney, 71, of Grand-Barachois, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018, at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont U.H.C. following a lengthy illness.

Born May 1, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Philippe and Dora (Cormier) Babineau.

She will be sadly missed by her partner, Réjean Gallant; three children: Tarah, Ryan, and Monique Blaney; their children: Dustin, Jayden, Katherine, and Khloé; a step-daughter, Cynthia; her son, Barrington; many nieces, and nephews.

Diane is also predeceased by a sister, Murielle, and a brother, Noël.

The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 4 at 10:30 am. Visiting hours Wednesday from 9 am until the funeral. A reception at the centre will follow.
