Rose Richard, 98, of Moncton, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at the K.E. Spencer’s Memorial Home where she resided. Born November 2, 1919 in Riley, Maine, she was the daughter of the late John and Marie (Richard) Richard. 

She is survived by several nieces and nephews. 

The last survivor of her immediate family, Rose was predeceased by her siblings: Regina LeBlanc, Anna Drisdelle, Joseph, John, and Helen Richard; as well as her best friend, George Russell. 

The family will receive condolences Friday from 2 pm until time of funeral at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 4 pm. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Rose, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated. 

Rose’s family would also like to thank the staff of Spencer’s for the care she received over the years.
