Claude Joseph Doucet, 59, of Grand-Barachois, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017, following a sudden illness.

Born August 11, 1958, in Moncton, he was the son of the late Camille and Joséphine (Belliveau), Doucet.

He is survived by his caregivers: Thérèse Mercure and Rhéal Allain with whom he resided; two sisters: Fernande Vienneau (Léandre) and Marie-Claire Jobson (Tracy); four nieces, two nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton, from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Monday, September 18 at 4 pm.

Visiting hours Monday from 2-4 pm.

Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe
