Edith Marie Surette-LeBlanc, 88, wife of the late
Jean Alfred LeBlanc (1963), formerly of Sunny Brae, Moncton, passed
away on Saturday, August 5, 2017 in Toronto, ON. Born on January 21,
1929, in Sunny Brae, she was the daughter of the late George and
Beatrice (Pellerin) Surette.
She is survived by her two sons: Paul (Susan) and
Claude (Jan); two sisters: Dorina Caissie (Late Bill) and Simonne
MacLeod (Donald); one brother, Henry Surette (Geraldine); five
grandchildren; one great-grandchild, as well as many nieces and
nephews.
Besides her husband, she was predeceased by three
sisters: Rita, Viola and Jeannette; five brothers: Laurie, Ovila,
Alphonse, Gerald and Paul.
There will be no visitation. The funeral mass
will be celebrated at
Sainte-Thérèse-de-l’Enfant-Jesus, 160,
Sainte-Thérèse Street, Dieppe, on Saturday,
August 26, 2017 at 10 am.
In memory of Edith, a
contribution to the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick would greatly
be appreciated.
